Teeny-weeny Gallerini

Image of church with tiny art gallery in front.

Our little street art gallery was launched on 8 February 2026. Regular art exhibitions will be held featuring small creations by local artists of all ages and abilities. There is an art exchange space underneath for members of the public to take an artwork and/or leave an artwork. Even if you don’t have anything to leave behind, don’t worry! You’re more than welcome to take some art home with you.

Thanks go to David for building the gallerini, Ian for helping him to install it, Port Adelaide Enfield Council for the placemaking grant that helped make this project possible, Mayor Claire Boan for launching it, Rev. Paul Turley for blessing it, and Marianne for instigating and serving as project coordinator.

The inaugural exhibition, entitled ‘Love, Hope, Peace and Joy’, features the work of Port Adelaide Uniting Church’s CK Art, a community art group for friendship and creativity. For more about the CK Art group, click here.

We hope the Teeny-weeny Gallerini spreads joy, community connection and a love of art. If you’d like to hold an exhibition of your own in our space, please email Marianne at portadelaidechurch@gmail.com
